Ingredients

  • 1 tbspEVOO
  • 1 mediumonion, diced
  • 3 cupmushrooms, washed and quartered
  • 1 tbspflour
  • 1 canmushroom gravy
  • 1 cupvegetable stock
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1 tbspground mustard
  • 1chopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and saute the onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle in the flour and cook to a paste.

  2. 2

    Add the gravy and the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix mustard and sour cream, then add to the mushroom mix and heat through.

  4. 4

    Garnish with parsley as desired.
