1 tbspEVOO
1 mediumonion, diced
3 cupmushrooms, washed and quartered
1 tbspflour
1 canmushroom gravy
1 cupvegetable stock
1/2 cupsour cream
1 tbspground mustard
1chopped parsley

Steps

Heat oil and saute the onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle in the flour and cook to a paste.

Add the gravy and the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes.

Mix mustard and sour cream, then add to the mushroom mix and heat through.

Garnish with parsley as desired.
