Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspEVOO
  2. 1 mediumonion, diced
  3. 3 cupmushrooms, washed and quartered
  4. 1 tbspflour
  5. 1 canmushroom gravy
  6. 1 cupvegetable stock
  7. 1/2 cupsour cream
  8. 1 tbspground mustard
  9. 1chopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and saute the onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle in the flour and cook to a paste.

  2. 2

    Add the gravy and the vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix mustard and sour cream, then add to the mushroom mix and heat through.

  4. 4

    Garnish with parsley as desired.
