Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsstingray or any fish
  2. spicy sambal
  3. 2kalamasi juice or lime juice
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1small slice onion
  6. 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  7. 4 tbspspicy sauce (sambal) please refer to my recipe (SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE)
  8. garnish
  9. 2 tbspslice cucumbers
  10. 2small kalamasi
  11. 1small slice onion

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In pan with oil saute spicy sauce with onion for 1 minute then add light soy sauce then off heat

    Season well with salt and pepper, then put the stingray on a banana leave, top ready cooked spicy sambal together with onion then close 4 corner tightly and bake 200 C for 20 minute

    Drizzle Some Lime juice, onion, cucumber and some fresh coriander leaves and serve
