1/2 tspDijon mustard
1/4 tspSalt
1 pinchblack pepper
2/3Extra-virgin olive oil
Salad
1 cupFrozen shelled edamame
1/4 cupSliced almonds
6 cupSpring lettuce mix
1/2Chopped mix fresh herbs: chives, mint, chervil
1/2 cupCrumbled feta
1/2 cupSliced strawberries

Make salad: cook edamame, drain, rinse, cool

Toast almonds I've medium heat.

In large bowl, combine lettuce, herbs, feta, strawberries, and almonds
