  1. 1/4 cupGolden flaxseeds
  2. 1/4 cupBrown flaxseeds
  3. 1/4 cupChia seeds
  4. 1/2 cupSteel-cut oats
  5. 1 cupChopped cashews
  6. 1/4 cupSunflower seeds
  7. 1/4 cupDried cherries or apricots, chopped
  8. 26Pitted dates or figs, chopped
  9. 1/8 tspcinnamon
  10. 1/2 cupUnsweetened coconut flakes
  11. 1/4 cupVanilla raw protein powder
  12. 1/4 cupHoney
  13. 1 pinchsalt
  14. 1/4 cupCocoa powder, unsweetened

    Line 8-inch square baking pan with plastic wrap. Coat with cooking spray

  2. 2

    In food processor combine flax seeds, chia, oats, cashews, sunflower seeds, cherries, dates, cinnamon, coconut, protein powder, cocoa powder, honey, and salt. Process for about 1 min, or until nuts and fruit are broken into small pieces and mixture starts to move around the blade in a mass.

  3. 3

    Scrape mix into the pan and press hard into pan. Refrigerate 15 mins before cutting into 16 bars. Keep in fridge.
