Make the egg patty, break the yolks after the whites cook a bit. Season. Grill bread in pan.
Melt cheese on pan and move it to bread

Slice pepper shavings using wide part of grater.

Add hot sauce on cheese. Put egg patty on that, add sliced yellow pepper shavings on that to taste. Top it with other bread slice, and enjoy!
