Ingredients

5 servings

2 cupCold, mashed, Baked Potatoes, about 4 to 5 large
2 tbspCream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 tbspGreen Onion, chopped well
1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupBacon Bits
10Cheese Cubes approx., I used Colby

Reserving 1 cup bacon bits and the cheese, mix the rest of the ingredients together.

Make balls of mixture around the cheese cubes and roll in remaining bacon bits.

Bake in the oven at 350° for 10-15 mins.
