2 kghung curd
2 boxcream
2 boxquick set jelly strawberry flavor
2 cansweetened condensed milk
1 packagesmarie biscuits large

hang regular fresh yoghurt for minimum 3 hrs

put the drained hung curd into a large bowl and beat with an electric beater

add the condensed milk and beat again

crush the Marie biscuits to almost powder form and add to bowl then beat again

empty the quick set jelly in powder form into the bowl and mix well. then beat again.

add the cream. beat again.

decorate as you like and leave in the refrigerator for atleast an hour before serving.
