I have lots of passion fruits at home so I thought since weather is so hot and humid (of where I live), I might as well make some nice and refreshening drink with it!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add hot water to green tea sachet and let it seep for 2-3 mins
- 2
Add honey, sugar and passion fruit. Add ice.
- 3
Done!
- 4
Additional notes: Add more passionfruit, honey and sugar to suit self taste and preferences.
- 5
This drink is of slight tangy and flavourful from passionfruit, with honey as a wonderful sweetener in this drink. You can omit the sugar in this recipe if you like.
- 6
Avoid using strong green tea (like matcha green tea), as it will tend to overpower the taste of passionfruit. But you may try and tell us how it goes! =)
