1 lbBoneless chicken, cubed or strips.
1/4 cupflour
1 tspOnion powder.
1/2 tspGarlic powder.
1/4 cupFat free milk.
1/2 cupBread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 400°F

Combine flour, onion and garlic powders. Toss with chicken.

Dip chicken pieces in milk.

Roll pieces in bread crumbs.

Arrange on baking sheet and spray with olive oil.

Bake 20 minutes.
