
Stir fried veggies & tofu.
Serve with brown rice and sliced scallions.
Steps

In a large non-stick skillet, stir fry chopped vegetables in 1 Tbs canola oil until tender crisp. Remove from skillet.

Stir fry tofu in 1 Tbs canola oil until lightly browned. Push to the side of the skillet.

Add orange juice, ketchup, soy sauce & pepper. Simmer 5 min.

Return vegetables to the skillet & toss to coat with the sauce.
