Soak the sago pearls in water for 2 hours.Drain the soaked sago keep aside.

In bowl Peel and mash the potatoes add drained sago crushed pearls, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt,kuttu ka aata mix into a dough with your hand..

Heat the oil for frying shape them like a vada with a hole in the centre use little oil in your palm while shaping them..

Deep dry them till golden brown in medium flame.

In a bowl take the thick beaten curd & add some salt and dip the vadas in the curd.

Serve sabudana vada sprinkle cumin roasted & red chilli powder.
