Ingredients

  • 10large potatoes peeled
  • Sausages
  • Turmeric spice
  • Cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Diced the peeled potatoes and boil for 5mins.

  2. 2

    When ready drain the remaining water and sprinkle turmeric spice on them.

  3. 3

    Fry the boiled potatoes in cooking oil.

    When ready let them drain oil.

    Deep fry the sausages under low heat.
