Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Boil the cabbage, then cut it into small squares.

Sauté the onions for a bit, then add the tomato juice, tomato paste, and bouillon cubes. Let it cook down until thickened.

Finely chop the herbs and wash them well. Wash the rice thoroughly. Mix all the ingredients together.

Combine the rice, tomato mixture, and herbs. Start rolling the cabbage leaves with the filling. Add cooking water, and once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it cook until done.
