Steps

Fry anchovies in a small pan until crispy. Leave them aside.

In a bigger pot, add oil and garlic fry until fragrant.

In with bean sprouts and chilies, give it a good stir.

Add soya sauce or salt to taste.

Add spring onions and anchovies in and stir fry for another min.
- 6
Done and serve with rice.
