Vrat ka Dosa Navratri special
Steps

Wash samak rice 3-4 times well with water.Soak samak rice in water for 4 hours.

Take sabudana,wash it properly with water.Soak it in water for 4 hours.

Take soaked samak rice and soaked sabudana with 1.5 cups water and grind into fine paste.The consistency should be a bit runny,not thick.

Take medium size 4 potatoes.Bring it to boil.

Now add sendha salt roasted cumin seeds,green chilli paste and coriander leaves in Dosa batter.Keep aside.

Heat a pan on low flame.Add 2 teaspoon oil in it.Add cumin Seeds and green chilli in it, Now add black pepper and sendha salt.Add boiled potatoes and Red chilli powder,saute for sometime,add Coriander.Stuffing is ready.Keep aside.

Take a iron tawa.Heat it on medium flame and add a bit of oil and spread it.

Sture the batter properly and put Dosa batter on the tawa.Cook for about a minute.Flip over.

Cook for 2 minutes from another side.

Flip over and check your Dosa whether it's cooked or not.

Dosa is ready.You can put potato mixture in it.You can have it with coconut chutni too.Happy Navratri,....stay blessed!!
