Ingredients

  • 1 boxJiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspshortnening (butter, margerine etc.
  • 1/2 cupCap'n Crunch cereal

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Get a ziploc bag and crush the cereal until it looks like dust

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl

  3. 3

    Heat stove to 325°

  4. 4

    Lightly grease skillet/pan

  5. 5

    Pour out mix with a 1/3 cup

  6. 6

    Turn pancakes when bubbles form on top and sides start to dry

  7. 7

    Cook until lightly brown or more if desired.

  8. 8

    Serve with warm syrup and a tall glass of milk and Enjoy!
