Ingredients

  • 2 cupsliced or whole peppers
  • 1 cupsliced red onion
  • 1/4 cupsalt
  • 2 tspdried oregano
  • 1white vinagre
  • 1 bunchfresh cilantro
  • 3 clovesgarlic peeled
  • 2 cupssliced carots

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a refridgerator container and fill with vinagre.

  2. 2

    Let set at least 24 hours before serving.

  3. 3

    Can b stored in refridgerator for several weeks
