in medium to large saucepan, heat sour cream and add chopped spinach.

when both are heated, add puree artichoke and mix well.

take sourdough round and remove most of center, creating a bowl like interior.

cube removed sourdough, pls remaining loaf of sourdough bread

pour spinach dip into the sourdough round and serve with bread cubes
