Ingredients

7 dozen
  1. 2 1/4 cupshortening
  2. 3 cupsugar
  3. 3eggs
  4. 3/4 cupmolasses
  5. 6 cupflour
  6. 2 tbspbaking soda
  7. 4 1/2 tspground ginger
  8. 3 tspcinnamon
  9. 1 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Cream shortening and sugar

  3. 3

    Beat in eggs and molasses

  4. 4

    Add rest and mix well

  5. 5

    Ball and roll in sugar, flatten with a glass

  6. 6

    Bake for 15 minutes

  7. 7

    When cool dip in melted white chocolate
