7 dozen

2 1/4 cupshortening
3 cupsugar
3eggs
3/4 cupmolasses
6 cupflour
2 tbspbaking soda
4 1/2 tspground ginger
3 tspcinnamon
1 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

Preheat oven to 350

Cream shortening and sugar
3

Beat in eggs and molasses
4

Add rest and mix well
5

Ball and roll in sugar, flatten with a glass
6

Bake for 15 minutes

When cool dip in melted white chocolate
