Dice garlic and slice 2 green onions.

Cut chicken into smaller chunks.

Put butter in a large skillet with garlic and green onion. Begin to melt butter on low heat.

Add chicken to skillet and mix with the green onion and garlic. Sprinkle a decent layer of Italian seasoning salt and pepper. (The amount of seasoning has more to do with personal preference.)

On medium high heat brown chicken in the skillet with green onion and garlic.
