bring broth (of choice) to a boil in a pot

add same amount of rice to the broth (example: 1 cup broth, 1 cup rice)

cook veggies (of choice) in a separate pot than the rice
- 4
stir rice
- 5
(optional) cook meat/poultry till done.

drain veggies once fully cooked
- 7
check rice to see if broth is absorbed
- 8
add veggies to rice
- 9
scramble (the number of) eggs
- 10
add eggs (& other meat/poultry) to the veggie-rice mix

add salt & pepper to your own taste
