  • 2 cupBlueberries
  • 1 cupflaxseed meal
  • 1 cupcoconut flour
  • 1/2 cupcoconut flakes, unsweetened or sweetened if you like
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Blend blueberries to liquid.

  2. 2

    Combine everything in bowl mix well.

    Spread evenly in dehydrator, thin is best.

    Set time for 10 plus hours, flip after 4 hours. Continue till dry.
