  1. 2 lbcarrots
  2. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil carrots for 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook over medium high until bubbly.

    Stir in carrots and cook on low for 5 minutes.
