Reduce milk to 1/3rd and make rabdi.

Add Maida and milk. Make sure it remains in flowing consistency

With the help of a Laddle pour it in hot ghee. It will spread on it's own. On a medium flame.

When the corners start turning brown flip it.

In another pot mix sugar and water to make syrup add elaichi powder.

Dip the puas in sugar syrup for 20 min.

Serve hot and garnish with pistachio
