In a bowl of kuttu flour add half bowl of curd

Mix it.

Now add half tblsp salt and half tblsp red chilli powder.

Now add water while mixing it.

See the consistency of the batter.

Now for stuffing take a wok and add ghee or oil in it.

Now add mash boiled potatoes.

Add salt, dhania powder, and red chilli powder.

Mix it and make it crispy.

For dosa take a flat pan and brush it with oil.

Pour the batter on it and spread it.

Now flip it.

Again flip it and spread the stuffing of Aloo.

Fold it and turn it to make it crispy.

Serve it with green chutney and curd.

I have also plated it with kaddu subzi.
