Then rice ko pani nikal ke potato peel kar ke sab ko ache se mixi me paste bana Le jarurat padhe to thoda water add kar le

Then bowl me nikal le add green chilli chopped, corriender chopped, salt, cumin mix it well

Now filling ke liye kadai me oil gram Karein then cumin, haldi then potato peel and mashed kar ke add karein then add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, salt add karein aur ache mix Kar le 2 min fry then corriender leave chopped add kar plate me nikal ke thanda karein.

Roti maker ya nonstick pan pre heat karein then better daal ke failaye

Then plat ke potato filling failaye Dono side se sek le fold karein then serve gravy veg ya chutney.....
