Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcleaned and dried rice
  2. 2 piecesmedium potatoes..peeled and chopped
  3. 2 piecescarrots....peeled and chopped
  4. 2 piecse tomatoes.....Chopped
  5. 1 piece onion
  6. as neededcooking oil
  7. to taste,Salt to taste, garlic and ginger crushed, dhania
  8. 1 teaspoon, garlic& ginger crushed, dhania
  9. 1/2 teaspoon dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    In a sufuria, heat oil as you chop onions. Add them in and stir till they turn golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, salt and mix.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and ginger and mix/ stir well to avoid them from sticking.

  4. 4

    Add chopped potatoes and mix well. Reduce the heat to moderate. Simmer for 7 mins.

  5. 5

    Add your rice and mix thorougly. After 5 mins, add 1.5 cups of water, cover and cook till ready.

  6. 6

    Once ready, put off the heat, add dhania, mix and serve while hot with avocado or make salad or vegetables. Enjoy.
