In a sufuria, heat oil as you chop onions. Add them in and stir till they turn golden brown.

Add tomatoes, salt and mix.

Add garlic and ginger and mix/ stir well to avoid them from sticking.

Add chopped potatoes and mix well. Reduce the heat to moderate. Simmer for 7 mins.

Add your rice and mix thorougly. After 5 mins, add 1.5 cups of water, cover and cook till ready.

Once ready, put off the heat, add dhania, mix and serve while hot with avocado or make salad or vegetables. Enjoy.
