In a bowl mix curd, ginger paste, mustard oil, cumin powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, besan and salt.

Marinate paneer pieces with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 40 mints.

Drizzle oil on hot tawa. Shallow fry both sides of the paneer pieces on low flame.

Garnish with Chat masala, crushed Kasturi methi and red chilli flakes
