Heat the butter in a pan add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed then add chopped onion,carrot, green peas and green chilli stir fry till green peas soft

Then add potato mash then add turmeric powder, salt then mix and stir fry for two min

Then add mashed idli like poha,shezwan chutney,curry leaves mix it well fry for two of min

Serve hot hot with coconut chutney
