Sieve in the flour into a large mixing bowl, add in the sugar, punch of salt. Then create a hole in centre of flour. Crack in two eggs and add the milk.

Mix all ingredients together using a fork. Then a whisk if you desire to make it smooth until the consistency is just right. Not too thick but, not too runny.

With a hot pan on medium heat add oil. Then pour in an amount of the mixture using a soup ladle if you have (best option).

When the pancake becomes golden brown on one side flip it. It only takes a few minutes for each pancake. Don't over cook stay beside the pan.

Serve the scrumptious fluffy pancakes, add your favourite ingredients (suggestions: bacon, eggs or strawberries, bananas, maple syrup, blueberries, Mirella) Enjoy ;)
