Ingredients

  • 1avocado
  • 2 sliceswhole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoonsalmonds
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Sprinkle of quinoa

Steps

    Toast breas

  2. 2

    Cut avocado in half lengthwise

  3. 3

    Remove and discard the pit

  4. 4

    Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and put it in a bowl

  5. 5

    Mash the avocado in the bowl

  6. 6

    Spread mashed avocado on surface of toast

  7. 7

    Salt and pepper to taste

  8. 8

    Sprinkle almonds on top

  9. 9

    Sprinkle quinoa on top
