in a small bowl colored rice with tomato sauce an then push it so it fit the bowl

boil both quaill eggs with their skin still attached

prepare nori leaves. cut one piece to form Elmo's mouth, and make two small circle for his eyes

cut carrot/paprika for the nose

place rice in plate, assamble Elmo's face using quaill eggs, nori and carrot/paprika as picture:)
