250 mlMilk
250 gramsCream cheese
150 gramsGorgonzolla cheese

Heat the water an dilute the gelatin.

In the blender, add the milk, gorgonzolla cheese and the gelatin and blend for 1 minute.

Add the cream cheese and blend for 1 minute.

Put in a bowl and refrigerate until it gets firm as a pudding.

Enjoy with toasts or sandwishes!
