Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled sweet corn
  • 2-3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  • to tasteBlack pepper powder
  • to tasteChaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add butter.

  2. 2

    Add the corn and sauté.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli Powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Finally add the ketchup and give it a nice mix.

  5. 5

    Mix and cook for 3-4 mins.

  6. 6

    Serve hot as an appetizer.
