To make curry,take beetroot cut 1/2 put in pressure cooker on fire pour water close wait for 4 whistles,after that take the beetroot out and cut into pieces..Heat a frying pan pour oil addingredients for tempering add bengal gram(chana dal) fryi it next add beetroot add salt,chillies, turmeric powder coriander fry for 3 minutes

The curry is ready to serve.

Take a pressure cooker keep washed Tuvar dal and methi leaves close wait for 3 whisteles

After that add salt,chillies in to the dal

Heat a pan add ingredients for tempering add haldi,hing..coriander add pour cooked dal add the tamarind juice mix well boil it for 2 minutes

The methi dal is ready to serve
