Boil the peas for 8 to 10 minutes with salt. So that it maintains it's green colour.

Cut the other vegetables and set aside.Put the broccoli in hot water to half cook. Drain the water and let it settle.

Put the cooking oil in a pan, add onions to cook till golden brown, add carrots and stir to cook for 2 minutes.

Add the different types of capsicum and continue stiring.

Add peas and broccoli and continue stirring under low heat
- 6
Serve while hot with your pilau.
