Ingredients

  • 1small broccoli
  • 1 glasspeas
  • 3big carrots
  • 1green capsicum
  • 1yellow capsicum
  • 1red capsicum
  • 1onion

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the peas for 8 to 10 minutes with salt. So that it maintains it's green colour.

  2. 2

    Cut the other vegetables and set aside.Put the broccoli in hot water to half cook. Drain the water and let it settle.

  3. 3

    Put the cooking oil in a pan, add onions to cook till golden brown, add carrots and stir to cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the different types of capsicum and continue stiring.

    Add peas and broccoli and continue stirring under low heat

    Serve while hot with your pilau.

This was the best recipe. I added some stir fry sauce made with soy sauce , coconut milk, lime and red paper flakes and sweet chilli sauce
