Have your chicken ready. If frozen thaw completely.

In a bowl add the rosemary leaves

Add olive oil, honey and lemon juice

Mix well

Add chicken and mix well

Cover the chicken with cling film and let it rest for 2 hours.

Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
Prepare your skillet or baking tin - 8
Cut the onions chunky and arrange them in skillet/baking tin

Arrange the chicken on the skillet/ baking tin.

Bake in the oven for 45 mins. Bake in the oven for 45 mins. After 20 mins turn the chicken to bake. After 15 mins turn the chicken for browning.
