  4. 1 mediumRipe Banana
  5. 2 tbspMilled Flaxseed
  6. 1/2 largeLemon

    Add all ingredients to your blender in the order listed, except for the lemon, and blend until smooth.

    Squeeze the juice from half a lemon to your smoothie to help neutralize the spinach taste. Blend on high-speed for another 1-2 minutes.

    Serve immediately. Yields one (24) ounce serving, or two (12) ounce servings.
