Take a bowl add boiled diced potato,singhada flour,kuttu ataa,salt,lal mirch,ginger,hari mirch,palak(chopped) mix it well

Now add water slowly so that the mixture become thick.

Now heat oil in a kadayi and deep fry them at medium flame or till crisp.
