Ingredients

  • 1 ltrfull cream milk
  • 1/2 cup Mix dry fruits
  • 1/4 tap Cardamom powder
  • 5-6 Strands kesar
  • 1 cup Crushed Makhane
  • 1/2 cupSugar

    Take a kadayi add milk boil it for 2 min. Now add makhane and cook it atleast for 15 min or till thick. Now add all the remaining ing. And cook till thick consistency. Makhane kheer ready to eat.serve chilled
