In a bowl add mashed potatoes, flour, milk powder, sugar powder, baking powder, mix well and make small to medium sized balls

Once ready, fry the prepared balls till golden brown.

In a pan, add sugar, water, bring it to boil, and make sugar syrup.

Add cardamon powder in it.

Add the fried balls into the prepared sugar syrup.
- 6
Garnish with rose petals and serve
