Ingredients

  • Top Shelf Cilantro Lime Slaw
  • 2 cupscoleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 1 tbsp.chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp.fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp.Front Street Heat
  • to tastesalt and pepper,
  • Guacamole
  • 2avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cupdiced red onion
  • 1/4 cupdiced tomato
  • 1 tbsp.chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp.fresh lime juice
  • Shrimp
  • 1 lb.peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 tbsp.butter
  • 1 tsp.minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp.FRONT STREET HEAT
  • 6" corn or flour tortillas
  • For garnish, crumbled feta cheese and extra FRONT STREET HEAT

Steps

  1. 1

    For the slaw: mix all ingredients and set aside

  2. 2

    For the guac: mix all ingredients and set aside

  3. 3

    For the shrimp: melt butter in medium sauce pan, toss shrimp in garlic and FRONT STREET HEAT, cook shrimp in butter (approx. 3 minutes each side)

  4. 4

    To assemble: spread guacamole on tortilla, add 4-5 shrimp, top with coleslaw, feta and extra FRONT STREET HEAT
