Ingredients

For dough
1 cup kuttu ka atta
1/2 cup singhare ka atta
2 tsp samak rice ka aata
1boiled potato
1-2 tsp oil
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp green chilli
1 tsp boiled potato
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tomato chopped
1 cup Curd 1 cup
2 tbsp Dhniya chutney
2 tbsptamarind chutney
For filling
salt to taste

Take a bowl add all the ingredients of dpugh.. mix it well.. with the help of little water make a dough.. now take a dough ball make like chapati.. now cover it with katori prink with the folk and fry it..
For filling
Add all the ing. In the katori topp up it with curd and dhnia chutney..
