
Roasted Vegetables And Chicken

Heat the oven 180'c

Dice the chicken, then fry it in a pan until it is fully cooked or very near to it

Dice up all of the vegetables and the feta cheese

Take a casserole dish and cover the bottom with oil and any seasoning

Add all the vegetables, chicken and all the feta cheese and add extra oil and seasoning. Now mix it all together

Put in the oven for around 15 minutes at 200c
- 7
Take it out and sprinkle over cheddar cheese covering it
- 8
Put back in the oven until golden and crispy. If you want you can put under the grill for the last 2 minutes
