Mix the ground beef with the chopped onion, parsley, and spices, except for the bouillon cube.

Grease a baking dish with ghee or butter. Take a slice of potato, top it with a portion of the meat mixture, then cover with another potato slice. Repeat with the remaining vegetables, layering them in the baking dish.

Pour the water over the vegetables, add the spices and bouillon cube, and cover the dish with foil. Bake in the oven until cooked through, then remove the foil and broil the top until browned. Serve with rice and salad. Enjoy!
