Ingredients

3_4 serving.
  1. 1 bowlsemolina
  2. 1/2 bowlflour
  3. 4-5 potatoes
  4. 1 cupcurd
  5. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tbspheeng
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspred chilli
  9. 5-6curry leaves
  10. 2-3 green chillies

Steps

20 mn.
  1. 1

    Knead semolina and flour rest for 10 mn.make Puri from them.

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes now cut in two piece.

  3. 3

    Add oil in kadai add mustard seeds and heeng.when it crackle add potato and fry it.

  4. 4

    Now add salt red chilli and green chilli.when it's ready add curd and mix it.....ready to eat kashmiri dum aloo with nangori..
