  1. 300 gramsBoneless Lamb Leg Steaks
  2. 4 eachPita bread
  3. 1 bunchShredded Lettuce
  4. 1 bunchCorriander
  5. 2 tbspTzaziki

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a frying pan with a little oil

  2. 2

    Sear off lamb steaks, cook for longer if you prefer well done

  3. 3

    Heat pita bread on frying pan

  4. 4

    Once lamb is cooked cut into chunks

  5. 5

    Fill pita bread with corriander and lettuce

  6. 6

    Top with the lamb and spoon on Tzaziki

  7. 7

    Can feed four or two hungry people
