Baked Cheesecake

If I baked this in a cake pan, my daughter would eat it all. So I decided to make cupcakes.

I wanted her to start baking by herself, so I uploaded the recipe here to encourage her to bake on her own.

You can also use an 18 cm round cake pan. It will take 40-50 minutes in a 170℃ (338 F) oven.
If you have lemons, add some zest. Recipe by Team yokin

Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 2Eggs (large)
  2. 4 tbspSugar (caster sugar)
  3. 3 tbspFlour (cake flour)
  4. 2 tbspLemon juice
  5. 200 mlHeavy cream
  6. 200 gramsCream cheese

Steps

    Put all the ingredients in the blender. Mix to a smooth consistency.

    Pour the mixture into cups. Fill them up 70-80%.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ (338 F) for 30 minutes. Insert a skewer in a cake and if it comes out clear, it is ready. If you would like them to be a little more golden, bake them for another 5 minutes.

    Cool them on a wire rack, then put them in the fridge to chill. You can also enjoy them half frozen.

    If you use an 18 cm round pan, the height will be around 2 cm. This picture shows cheese cake served with my favourite blueberry jam.
