Ingredients

100 ggreen beans
3diced tomatoes
1/2 cupmaize
2diced carrots
2diced red onions
2 tablespoonscooking oil(olive oil works better)
Spices of choice
2finely sliced green pepper

Steps

Add your cooking oil in a pan.

Add the onions and let them sauté for a few minutes.

Add the other ingredients and sauté them together.

Keep turning the ingredients for about a minute or so.

Add your spices.

Let the food simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve with rice or beef stew.
